Role Purpose:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing all collections processes for the assigned portfolio in the designated area. The role focuses on achieving resolution targets, recovery, and portfolio normalization.

Key Responsibilities:

Allocate collections portfolio to vendors and field executives, ensuring performance review and target achievement.

Design and implement incentive plans to enhance productivity.

Monitor critical segments and drive performance for better recovery rates.

Ensure adherence to settlement waiver policies and proper use of hardship tools.

Conduct field visits and document customer interactions in the Collect24 system.

Identify potential frauds and portfolio risks, raising timely alerts.

Maintain process hygiene and compliance with SVCL guidelines.

Ensure secure data handling and timely resolution of customer complaints.

Oversee vendor onboarding/offboarding processes and agency invoicing.

Monitor collection strategies and ensure NFTE ACR CAPE compliance.

Measures of Success:

Portfolio coverage and resolution rate

Normalization/Rollback rate and absolute recovery

Settlement waiver rate and rupee collection

NFTE CAPE compliance and DRA certification

Customer complaint resolution and audit observations

Process adherence as per MOU

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline

Experience in credit card collections and related processes preferred

Key Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective stakeholder management

Process and result-oriented approach

Preferred Industry: Financial Services Industry (FSI)
